Although it is rare, should you ever have a problem with your shipment or merchandise, please contact us immediately. Rest assured, we’ll do everything in our power to make it right with you because we genuinely value your business!

Sales Tax And Shipping:

We are required to charge sales tax on all orders shipped to address in Arizona. No sales tax will be charged on orders shipped outside Arizona.

Shipping:

We keep the vast majority of our products in stock, however, because of our direct relationships with our suppliers, we can ship some of our products to you at substantially lower prices by sending your product directly to you through the manufacturer there by eliminating costly retail mark-ups. Usually all our products ship within 2 business days for orders placed 3pm Mountain Standard Time, Monday through Friday, orders placed on Friday will not ship until the following Tuesday. If we are unable to ship within these time frames due to temporary unavailability, you will be contacted via phone or e-mail. Prepaid by Master Card and or Visa only. (No CODS)

Thank you for ordering from Shoot The Bull. We know that you will be pleased with your merchandise. If you do need to return any merchandise for any reason, It’s important that you follow the procedure outlined below.

Returns:

Merchandise Returned Must be in “Mint Condition” upon arrival back to our store. The Customer will be responsible for all shipping (Each Way) incurred for exchanging -or returning anything for any reason other than a defective item(s) or a mistake on our part. Items received in Pristine Condition may be exchanged for equal value. Anything returned for credit back to a card Will be assessed a 15% Re-Stocking Fee.

How To Return Merchandise:

All returns require a Return Authorization number (RA). call 602-279-1917 for (RA) number. All defective goods must be inspected prior to the issuance of credit. In some instances a restocking fee may be charged for returned items.

  1. Repack the items so that they do not move or bang against one another in the package. We can not accept back merchandise that has not been repackaged properly.
  2. Include your name,(RA) number, address and your phone number.
  3. Return to Shoot The Bull Inc. 1336 W Indian School Rd. Phoenix, AZ 85013.
  4. Be sure to keep your receipt in case the shipper loses your package.

Damaged In Shipment:

When you receive merchandise that is damaged, you must first report this damage to the organization that delivered your package, regardless of who you may think caused the damage. Any loss or damage in transit must be reported to the carrier upon receipt of goods and a claim filed with the same carrier.
